Industrial Insulation Rock Wool Board

Product Description
A-Class Rock Wool Sheets for Industrial Equipment Heat Retention
Rock wool boards provide exceptional thermal insulation for industrial equipment with superior high-temperature resistance, fireproofing, and chemical stability. These sheets effectively reduce heat loss, maintain stable process temperatures, and enhance production safety across various industrial applications.
Key Applications
  • High-Temperature Equipment (300°C-800°C): Furnace walls, boiler tops, resistance/induction furnaces, hot blast stoves, and heat-conducting oil furnace insulation
  • Heat Exchange Systems: Shell-and-tube/plate-type heat exchangers, waste heat recovery devices (sintering machine boilers, power plant condensers)
  • Pipeline Systems: Steam pipelines (1 MPa requires 50-80mm thickness), heat-conducting oil lines, industrial refrigeration pipelines (-20°C to 5°C)
Performance Advantages
  • Maintains thermal stability in 800°C environments (recommended 100-150mm thickness)
  • Prevents thermal bridging with proper joint sealing techniques
  • Customizable shapes for valves, elbows, and complex geometries
Environmental Protection
For outdoor or humid applications, moisture-proof layers (polyethylene/aluminum foil) and waterproof covers (iron sheets, fiberglass) are recommended to maintain insulation effectiveness and prevent moisture absorption degradation.
Installation Guidelines
  • Fill all gaps with rock wool strips to eliminate thermal bridges
  • Use specialized components for irregular surfaces and joints
  • Match thickness to operational temperatures and insulation requirements
